“Words can not explain the amount of help I have received from Randy. I was in excruciating back pain for years that prevented me from working. I am happy to say after seeing Randy over the last few months I am pain free. “

-Jorge

“I did my first session with Randy a couple weeks ago. I had some pain in my lower back and found myself feeling immense relief right after seeing him and would highly recommend. He’s very sweet guy who has great passion for what he does.”

-Alannie

“I’ve had so much sciatic pain, I gave up hoping to be rid of pain without the use of pain meds. After the first session not only was my alignment better, but the pain was almost gone and that lasted for days. I am anxious to see how it feels after a second session. Randy is very gifted and genuinely loves helping people with their health. His gentle nature makes you feel at ease. I look forward to seeing him every week.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I wear to my massage appointment?

Wear whatever is comfortable. Keep in mind; I will be working through your clothes to provide easier movement during our session.

Can I get a massage if I have an injury?

It depends. Two weeks after an injury is considered an acute healing phase. During this time, please seek care from a physician first for examination. The doctor will let you know when it is safe to receive massage and bodywork.

How long is a massage session?

Insurance companies consider 4 units to be 53minutes. However, I dedicate 60minutes of time to the entirity of your session.

“No pain, no gain.” Is it true I need deep pressure massage to experience pain relief?

No. Think of your muscles like silly putty. Throw silly putty against the wall and it bounces. Hold that same silly putty in your hands and it melts. Your muscles are the same way! Not everyone can handle deep pressure and that’s okay. Communicate with your therapist about what pressure is right for you.

How often can I receive a massage?

Everyday! Most people find that a day or two between massages is the right amount of time.

Do I need a doctor’s recommendation to receive a massage?

No. However, it is highly recommended to see your doctor first to be screened prior to your appointment. I am not a doctor and I can NOT diagnose.

What is a trigger point?

A trigger point is a group of taught, sometimes tender muscle fibers that create local and referral pain patterns in the body.

How will I know if my body is improving?

On your first session I will go over your personal goals and set measurable outcomes specific to you. Follow-up questionnaires and assessments will monitor progress.

What is Fascia?

Nausicaä is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Critical Discourse Analysis at the University of Milan. This academic pursuit enriches her understanding of language use and communication.

Will insurance cover massage?

Some insurance plans will cover massage. If you are unsure call your insurance provider or reach out for help.
